Investors remain concerned at how governmental debt will be repaid and we may see this reflected in a short-term downward trend in equity prices.
Meanwhile the Fund has put a property disposal programme in place for Romania which focuses on disposal of selected apartments which are less likely to command higher prices as markets recover.
The Fund strategy in Romania continues to be too focused on reducing its exposure to this market in a measured manner.
Elsewhere, in Poland, the Fund is in advance negotiations with a third party to take a lease of a significant proportion of one of the Funds assets and negations
continue in this respect.
