TRI Investments acquires Chartwell Fund Management Limited

We are pleased to announce that TRI Investments Limited has acquired Chartwell Fund Management from Chartwell Group Limited and will assume the role of Sponsor for the three sub-Funds of the IFDS Chartwell OEIC. Subject to FSA approval and contractual agreement, TRI will assume the new role of ACD. Read more.
